EB-5 Regional Center Program
The EB-5 Regional Center Program offers a pathway for foreign investors to obtain permanent U.S. residency by investing in qualified projects that generate jobs for American workers. These projects are typically large-scale developments, approved and overseen by USCIS.
Benefits of an EB-5 Visa
Through the EB-5 program, investors and their immediate family members—spouse and children under 21—can receive green cards. This allows them to live, work, and study anywhere in the United States. Investment Requirements
