EB-5 Regional Center Program
The EB-5 Regional Center Program offers a pathway for foreign investors to obtain permanent U.S. residency by investing in qualified projects that generate jobs for American workers. These projects are typically large-scale developments, approved and overseen by USCIS.
Benefits of an EB-5 Visa
Through the EB-5 program, investors and their immediate family members—spouse and children under 21—can receive green cards. This allows them to live, work, and study anywhere in the United States. Unlike traditional visas, the EB-5 does not require active business management, and it can eventually lead to U.S. citizenship.
Investment Requirements
To qualify, investors must contribute $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or $1,050,000 in a non-TEA project. The investment must directly or indirectly create at least ten full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
